From there, the construction can stay restrained and practical or develop into a fully hand-tooled western or collector-grade commission. The visual work is designed around the geometry of the holster rather than added as an afterthought.

You do not need a finished design. A clear starting brief is enough.
1. Firearm and use
Send the exact firearm model and describe how you want to carry and use the holster. If the shaping method needs additional reference material, I will confirm what is required before production.
2. Visual direction
Tell me whether you prefer a plain, western, historical or highly decorated piece. Reference photos are useful, but the final construction and artwork are adapted so the holster remains functional.
3. Quote and design
After the scope is clear, I can confirm the practical solution and quote. For elaborate commissions, the construction and decorative concept are agreed before the leatherwork begins.
